For E-subscriptions:
Call or email our NPA/NPAS office for behind-the-scenes help and support for you and your staff on:
- how to set up e-subscriptions
- your newspapers’ limited-access user name and password (required) to access the e-subscription “administrative” site
- house ads to run in your newspaper promoting customer e-subscriptions
- technical problems
All customer questions regarding e-subscriptions, rates, sign up, etc. will be handled by each individual newspaper directly. Customer phone calls or emails that come into the NPA office will be directed to the specific newspaper, (unless it involves technical problems).
For E-commerce:
You, your staff and your customers can call or email our NPA office regarding e-commerce questions or transaction problems.
For Technical Support:
Call or email our NPA office if you, your staff or customers experience any “Nebraska News Link” website technical problems.
