How Can My Paper Sign Up?

  1. Contact the NPA/NPAS office. We’ll email you a digital project sign-up form (for our records) that you’ll sign and fax back to us.
  2. Once we have your signed form, a complimentary subscription of your printed newspaper should be sent to Universal Information/Omaha (NPA will provide you with the mailing address).
  3. You’ll have two options for your papers’ searchable database (scanned pages) on the “Nebraska News Link” website. 1) Your searchable database can start with your most current issue forward (once Universal begins receiving your paper for scanning), OR 2) your searchable database can include scanned archive pages, beginning with June 2008 issues forward to your current issue. (You would provide Universal with a bundle of back issues of your print editions for scanning). If you choose option two, your paper will be charged for these back issues at the per page scanning rate in effect at the time of your sign-up.
  4. The NPA office will bill your newspaper twice a year for scanned pages, in June and December.
