2024 NPA Foundation High School & College Scholarship Applications Now Available
Below are links to the 2024 Nebraska Press Association Foundation high & college scholarship guidelines/application forms. For 2024, the NPA Foundation will offer up to five (5) total (high school and collegiate) scholarships of $2,000 each.
- Eligible to apply are Nebraska high school graduates seeking to enroll (or already enrolled) at a Nebraska-based OR out-of-state college/university.
- Scholarships will be given to students with a specific interest in community-based print journalism OR agricultural communications.
- Special consideration will be given to essay question response and student’s involvement in their local community newspaper, or student newspaper.
Interested students should mail or email their scholarship application form (and accompanying documents) to: NPA Foundation Scholarship Committee, c/o Nebraska Press Association, 845 ‘S’ Street, Lincoln, NE 68508 – or email the application form (and accompanying documents) to nebpress@nebpress.com.
Application deadline is (postmarked by) January 19, 2024.
