1. To access your scanned newspaper pages on the new “live” site, you and your staff must first each have an e-subscription set up to your paper to access your scanned pages at no charge. Each person should have their own (unique) user name and password (rather than sharing one e-subscription user name/password for the entire staff). This is because there is a security level in place that provides an alert (to Info Analytics) when more than three computers (IP addresses) try to access the same e-subscription account.
2. To set up e-subscriptions, a limited-access “administrative” user name and password is required. You must contact the NPA/NPAS office to receive your papers’ user name and password, along with a brief how-to demo on setting up an e-subscription. This limited-access user name and password should only be used by the person(s) at your paper that will be the main contact for e-subscriptions at your paper, and responsible for setting up and maintaining e-subscriptions for staff and customers.
3. Once you’ve received the limited-access user name and password and how-to demo, you can access the “ADMIN” area of the webite to set up e-subscriptions.
