Change An E-Subscription
To change/edit e-subscription ACCOUNT INFORMATION for an EXISTING CUSTOMER:
- Log on to website and type in your newspapers’ limited-access user name and password. This will take you to the “Media Portal/Admin Area.”
- Click on ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS” located in the blue bar.
- Type customer name in field and click ‘SUBMIT.”
- Enter the changes in the information fields and click ‘SUBMIT.”
- Click on “edit recipient” (in blue) and make appropriate changes, then click “SUBMIT.”
To change/edit e-subscription START/END DATE for an EXISTING e-subscription:
- Type customer name in “RECIPIENT” field and click “SUBMIT.”
- To the right of the person’s name, click on “EDIT.”
- Make appropriate date changes for the e-subscription, click “SUBMIT.”
To assign a new PASSWORD for an EXISTING e-subscription customer:
If a customer FORGETS THEIR PASSWORD, they must contact your newspaper by phone or email to receive a new (computer-generated) password.
- Type customer’s name in field and click “SUBMIT.”
- To the right of customers’ name, click on “EDIT.”
- Click on (blue) “EDIT RECIPIENT.”
- Scroll to bottom of information page and under “password” field, click on “reset password.” A NEW computer-generated PASSWORD will appear in the field.
- IT’S IMPORTANT that you give this PASSWORD to the customer BEFORE YOU CLICK ‘SUBMIT” since you cannot access this assigned password again once you click “submit.” PROVIDE CUSTOMER with this new PASSWORD, then click “SUBMIT.”
